RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any return requests made after 7 days from the delivery date.

Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer. Thank you for your understanding.

You may cancel an order as long as its status is “in process.” Once an order is marked as “shipped / delivered / completed,” it can no longer be canceled. 
Please note that a pickup or restocking fee will apply. Due to customs regulations and clearance restrictions, returns or exchanges from countries outside the UAE cannot be accepted.

Once your return is received, we will notify you within 48 hours regarding the acceptance of your return. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
